This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with California Business & Professions Code Section 21625-21647 et seq., without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any cause of action with respect to this Agreement and your rights and obligations must be filed in the County of Santa Clara, State of California within one year after the cause of action, otherwise the cause shall be barred.
